On page 44, after line 17 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 15. This act takes effect July 1, 2025."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Delays the effective date of the act until July 1, 2025.
