Removes provisions that aggregate contributions between two entities with the same majority owner. Removes the requirement for a limited liability company to certify that it is "a legitimate business with a legitimate business interest" before providing contributions, while still requiring a certification that it is not created for the sole purpose of making campaign contributions.
