On page 23, after line 2 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 25. The requirements of this act do not apply when all parties to a material change transaction are exclusively urology providers lawfully operating under state law."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 23, at the beginning of line 9, strike "25" and insert "26"
