On page 23, after line 2 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 25. The requirements of this act do not apply when all parties to a material change transaction are exclusively ambulatory diagnostic, treatment, or surgical facilities licensed under chapter 70.230 RCW."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 23, at the beginning of line 9, strike "25" and insert "26"
