On page 10, line 2 of the striking amendment, after "fuel" strike "at a location" and insert "on the footprint of a structure"

EFFECT: Clarifies that the business and occupation tax credit is not available for alternative jet fuel manufactured on the footprint of a structure listed with the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation as a historic cemetery or tribal burial grounds.
