On page 14, line 22 of the striking amendment, after "services" insert ", the defendant willfully abandoned treatment or services at any point prior to completion,"

EFFECT: Provides that if the court finds that a defendant participating in an applicable pretrial diversion willfully abandoned treatment or services at any point prior to completion, the court must schedule the matter for further proceedings.
