Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 4, on line 18, after "Sec. 5." strike "Sections 1 and 2 of this act take" and insert "This act takes"

Correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the sections that prohibit the Department of Children, Youth, and Families from charging licensing fees for child care licenses.
