AN ACT Relating to port districts; and adding a new section to chapter 53.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 53.04 RCW to read as follows:

          Each port district shall enter into an interlocal agreement with the appropriate local fire district or local government whereby the port district will agree to pay for fire protection services.
