AN ACT Relating to horses; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The department of commerce and economic development shall develop an equine economic development program for the state of Washington to encourage the present increase in the horse industry in breeding and developing horses for a variety of economically useful purposes.
