AN ACT Relating to highway projects; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The department of transportation shall undertake a feasibility study and plan for a freeway or expressway extending northbound from state route number 90 between milepost 275 and 285.  Any plan for such project shall be coordinated with the Spokane city and county traffic engineering departments.  Such a project shall be added to the state's long-range highway construction plans.
