AN ACT Relating to accident reports; and amending RCW 46.52.085.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 5, chapter 119, Laws of 1965 ex. sess. as last amended by section 1, chapter 34, Laws of 1979 and RCW 46.52.085 are each amended to read as follows:

          Any information authorized for release under RCW 46.52.080 and 46.52.083 may be furnished in written form for a fee sufficient to meet, but not exceed, the costs incurred.  All fees received by the Washington state patrol for such copies shall be deposited in the state patrol highway account in the motor vehicle fund.
