AN ACT Relating to the community economic revitalization board; and adding a new section to chapter 43.160 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.160 RCW to read as follows:

          The board shall not make loans or grants as a result of a meeting where votes for the loan or grant were received by telephone.
