AN ACT Relating to slow-moving vehicles; and adding a new section to chapter 46.61 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 46.61 RCW to read as follows:

          A truck, truck tractor, or tractor over ten thousand pounds gross weight traveling on a fully-controlled limited access highway shall activate the vehicle's flashing hazard warning lights when traveling at a speed of forty-five miles per hour or less.
