AN ACT Relating to verdicts; and adding a new section to chapter 4.44 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 4.44 RCW to read as follows:

          In an action for personal injury, damage to property, or wrongful death, a verdict found for the plaintiff shall specify separately each element of damages and the amount awarded for each element of damages.
