AN ACT Relating to the use of test scores for determining eligibility for remediation assistance.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the remediation assistance act of 1986.
