AN ACT Relating to prior approval of property casualty insurance rates.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the Property Casualty Insurance Rate Prior Approval Act of 1986.
