AN ACT Relating to travel expenditures of joint operating agency personnel; and adding a new section to chapter 43.52 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.52 RCW to read as follows:

          The managing director and other employees of a joint operating agency shall be reimbursed for travel expenses at the same rates as established under RCW 43.03.050 and 43.03.060.
