AN ACT Relating to used oil recycling; and adding a new section to chapter 70.95 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 70.95 RCW to read as follows:

          The state fire marshal, in cooperation with the department of ecology, shall adopt rules by July 1, 1986, to allow for the placement of above-ground tanks for collecting used oil from private individuals for recycling purposes.
