AN ACT Relating to the radioactive waste policy and review board; and adding a new section to chapter 43.200 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.200 RCW to read as follows:

          Any grants or moneys allocated to the state for the radioactive waste policy and review board by the federal government shall not be deposited in the state treasury, but shall pass directly to the board without appropriation by law.
