AN ACT Relating to the department of commerce and economic development; repealing RCW 43.131.257 and 43.131.258; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

                   (1) Section 2, chapter 197, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.131.257; and

          (2) Section 28, chapter 197, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.131.258.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect June 30, 1985.
