AN ACT Relating to correctional institutions; repealing RCW 72.13.091; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 2, chapter 2, Laws of 1982 2nd ex. sess. and RCW 72.13.091 are each repealed.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately.
