AN ACT Relating to reporting dates for local government excise taxes and licenses; and adding a new section to chapter 35.21 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 35.21 RCW to read as follows:

          As of January 1, 1986, and thereafter, a city or town may only require the holder of a city or town license, or a payer of a city or town excise tax, to report information to the city or town on the twenty-fifth day of any month.
