AN ACT Relating to apprentices; and adding a new section to chapter 28B.16 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28B.16 RCW to read as follows:

          Building and construction trades apprentices who are candidates for employment and who are registered with the Washington state apprentice and training council may be hired without regard to the rules governing employment of personnel.
