AN ACT Relating to state government; and adding a new section to chapter 42.17 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 42.17 RCW to read as follows:

          The prohibitions under this chapter against the use of state moneys apply to moneys received by a contractor under a contract with the state or an agency of the state.  These prohibitions shall be expressly stated in all state contracts.
