AN ACT Relating to sodium nitrite; and adding a new section to chapter 70.54 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 70.54 RCW to read as follows:

          Any food service establishment which serves any food to the public which contains sodium nitrite shall post a notice in a location clearly visible advising the public of this fact.
