AN ACT Relating to retirement benefits based on excess compensation; and repealing RCW 41.50.150.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 1, chapter 184, Laws of 1984 and RCW 41.50.150 are each repealed.
