AN ACT Relating to the Washington conservation corps; and adding a new section to chapter 43.220 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.220 RCW to read as follows:

          The agencies listed in RCW 43.220.020 are prohibited from expending in excess of ten percent of appropriated state funds for administrative purposes on projects pursuant to this chapter:  PROVIDED, HOWEVER, That a nonprofit corporation which contracts with an agency listed in RCW 43.220.020 to provide a service as provided in this chapter may incur up to an additional ten percent of the contractual amount in administrative costs.
