AN ACT Relating to energy facilities site evaluation council.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the energy facility site evaluation council act of 1985.
