AN ACT Relating to nursing home administration; and adding a new section to chapter 18.51 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 18.51 RCW to read as follows:

          Any person, whether an individual or a corporation, who owns or operates more than one nursing home in this state shall have a designated employee residing in the state of Washington with the authority to make and have carried out management decisions.
