AN ACT Relating to the modification of the public utility tax on common carriers.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the Common Carrier Public Utility Tax Modification Act of 1985.
