AN ACT Relating to public records; and adding a new chapter to Title 40 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     All public records, as defined in RCW 40.14.010, except internal or personal memoranda, shall be no greater than eight and one-half inches by eleven inches in size.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     Section 1 of this act shall constitute a new chapter in Title 40 RCW.
