AN ACT Relating to teachers' retirement; and adding a new section to chapter 41.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 41.32 RCW to read as follows:

          Any increase in benefits under this chapter after the effective date of this act may be taken by the beneficiary, at the beneficiary's option, in the form of group medical insurance.
