AN ACT Relating to licenses issued by the game commission; and adding a new section to chapter 77.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.32 RCW to read as follows:

          The commission may bill the state treasurer annually, and the state treasurer shall then, upon approval by the state auditor, pay from appropriations made to the department of social and health services, the value of free licenses and free privileges mandated by law to be issued by the commission.  The amount billed shall be the full amount of such licenses otherwise payable to the commission, or the full value of privileges in lieu of licenses, for adults and one-half the full adult value for juveniles under sixteen years of age.
