AN ACT Relating to beer and wine advertising; and amending RCW 66.08.060.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 43, chapter 62, Laws of 1933 ex. sess. and RCW 66.08.060 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The board shall not advertise liquor in any form or through any medium whatsoever.

(2) The board shall have power to adopt any and all reasonable regulations as to the kind, character and location of advertising of liquor.

(3) All beer or wine advertising shall carry a warning that excessive beer and wine consumption may be hazardous to life and to the safety of others.
