AN ACT Relating to motor vehicle license plates; repealing RCW 46.16.275; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 1, chapter 72, Laws of 1983, section 1, chapter 62, Laws of 1984 and RCW 46.16.275 are each repealed.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately.
