                                    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 120

WHEREAS, It is of paramount importance to adjourn the 1985 First Special Session of the 49th Legislature in an expedient manner;

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the only matters to be considered are budgets and measures necessary to implement such budgets; and

          BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the purpose of this Special Session shall be exclusively for consideration of the preceding matters,  and no other matters shallbe considered by the Legislature during such Special Session except by resolution adopted by two-thirds of the members seated or appointed to each house.
