WHEREAS, Bills, joint resolutions, joint memorials, and concurrent resolutions introduced at the 1985 regular session of the 49th Legislature may require that they be considered at the 1985 first special session of the 49th Legislature;

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring, That all bills, joint resolutions, joint memorials, and concurrent resolutions introduced in the 1985 regular session of the 49th Legislature shall retain the same number and are hereby accorded the same legislative status as they attained in the legislature as shown by the official Senate and House dockets upon the adjournment SINE DIE of the regular session.
