House Committee - Testimony For:    The Legislative Budget Committee concluded its study and recommended that the functions of the Chiropractic Disciplinary Board be reauthorized.  Major chiropractic procedures, if administered incorrectly, seem to represent significant risks to public health and safety.  However, the bill should go further and implement the Legislative Budget Committee recommendation to merge the Chiropractic Disciplinary Board and Chiropractic Examining Board.

House Committee - Testimony Against:      None Presented.
