                              SYNOPSIS AS ENACTED

 

BACKGROUND:

 

State liquor stores may not sell liquor on Sundays.  This restriction also applies to persons selling liquor as designated vendor/agents of the Liquor Control Board.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Designated vendor/agents of the Liquor Control Board may sell liquor of their own manufacture on Sundays if the board determines that unique circumstances necessitate Sunday liquor sales.  A customer is limited to one case of liquor.
