BACKGROUND:

 

Currently, whenever a State Patrol or county sheriff officer comes upon a disabled vehicle upon a highway, which is outside any municipality, at times when lights are required on vehicles, they are to place on or near the vehicle a reflectorized warning device.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The condition that the placement of reflectorized warning device be placed upon vehicles discovered only after nightfall is removed.
