AN ACT Relating to weed control boards; and adding a new section to chapter 17.10 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 17.10 RCW to read as follows:

          Members of weed control boards created under this chapter are immune from civil liability for damages arising from actions performed within the scope of their official duties except as provided under RCW 17.10.160.
