AN ACT Relating to waste disposal permit violations; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The department of ecology and the pollution control hearings board shall submit to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature by December 31, 1987, reports on implementation of the department's enforcement guidelines required by the Puget Sound water quality authority management plan.

          The department shall include in its submittal, recommendations on how to modify effectively and put into rules, its enforcement guidelines.
