AN ACT Relating to game fish licenses; and adding a new section to chapter 77.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.32 RCW to read as follows:

          The commission shall authorize the director to permit persons who own private ponds or small lakes that are completely inaccessible to the public and are managed or stocked by the owner to allow persons to fish without a fishing license.
