AN ACT Relating to the authority of utilities to collect amounts not billed due to utility error.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known as the authority of utilities to collect amounts not billed due to utility error act of 1987.
