AN ACT Relating to a presidential primary with single-party ballots in which fifty percent of national convention delegates of each major political party are selected, with the balance selected by caucus.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall establish a presidential primary with single-party ballots in which fifty percent of national convention delegates of each major political party are selected, with the balance selected by caucus.
