AN ACT Relating to the state advisory committee on securities and investments; and amending RCW 21.20.560.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 56, chapter 282, Laws of 1959 as last amended by section 39, chapter 68, Laws of 1979 ex. sess. and RCW 21.20.560 are each amended to read as follows:

          (1) The committee shall select a chairperson and a secretary from their group.

          (2) Regular meetings ((may)) shall be held  ((quarterly, or semiannually)) monthly, and special meetings may be called by the  chairperson upon at least seven days' written notice to each committee member sent by regular mail.
