AN ACT Relating to school smoking areas; and adding a new section to Title 28A RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to Title 28A RCW to read as follows:

          Each school district board of directors shall adopt a written policy prohibiting tobacco use by students and staff on school property.
