BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That in addition to those measures set forth in House Concurrent Resolution No. 4442, House Bill No. 3036, enlarging the scope of use of revenues from the additional tax on real estate,  is hereby declared to be a measure for consideration by the 1990 First Special Session of the 51st Legislature.
