The Secretary called the roll and announced to the President that all Senators were present except Senators Bauer, Deccio, Owen, Prentice, Quigley, Rinehart, Smith and Sutherland. On motion of Senator Loveland, Senators Bauer, Owen, Quigley, Rinehart and Sutherland were excused. On motion of Senator Ann Anderson, Senator Deccio was excused.
