RCW 26.21A.015 State tribunal and support enforcement agency. (1) The superior court is the tribunal for judicial proceedings, and the department of social and health services division of child support is the tribunal for administrative proceedings, of this state.
(2) The department of social and health services division of child support is the support enforcement agency of this state.
